Our apartment is ideal for a family of 4, but could comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (please note there is a surcharge for additional guests over 4).
Our apartment has three separate rooms (2 bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out sofa)..
There is a large bedroom (~15sq.m) with a king-size bed and a big balcony, a small bedroom (~8sq.m) with bunk beds for two, a living room (~15sq.m.) with a sofa that converts into a double-bed.
You will enjoy sea view from all rooms (except master-bedroom).
Our apartment is located on the second floor.
Yes, we have a modern, spacious elevator in our building – a very rare feature in Piran!
The bedrooms are very quiet with windows closed – we have modern windows.
A: Yes, our apartment is equipped with two independently operated air condition units.
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is provided and is free of charge.
Yes, there is a TV with a selection of channels in several languages. Also, you can stream any videos or photos onto TV screen from your laptops, phones or tablets via Chromcast (provided in the apartment for your convenience).
Our apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and all amenities (towels, beach towels, bedding, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, etc.) All amenities, wi-fi, taxes and fees are included in the base price. You just need to bring with you your swimsuits and good mood.
Piran historic center and seaside promenade are closed to traffic during the summer season: you will enjoy peaceful walks, sunbathing and swimming!
If you arrive by car, there is a modern, multi-storey car parking at Fornace (town entrance). As you follow signs to Piran, approaching town you will see the Fornace Car Parking entrance on your left as you come downhill and see the waterfront.
Fornace has capacity for over 800 cars and costs ~EUR17/day (possible to get weekly or monthly parking at ~EUR60/week or ~EUR90/month). There is a frequent (free!) shuttle-bus from the car parking to Tartini Square, and then just a short walk to our building.
We charge a fully refundable eur200 damage deposit. It comes back to you right away after you leave and everything is fine at the apartment.
The swimming pier is directly at the door step – you can walk out of the building in your swimwear!
There are pebble beaches in Piran, just a short walk from our building.
There are a plenty of restaurants and cafes with fresh, tasty food within 5 minutes walking distance; the best ice-cream in town is within 1 minute walk.
There are several museums and plenty of historic sites in Piran, you will find tourist information at the apartment.
There is a variety of hiking & jogging trails: along the shore of Adriatic sea, or through nearby forest and salt fields.
There are plenty of great walks, including a lovely promenade along the Adriatic – with Italy on the horizon.
There is a diving club in our building; also nearby is it possible to rent equipment for sailing, windsurfing or engage in fishing.
Slovenian and Italian are the two official languages. In most restaurants and shops you will also find English and German menus and service.
Euro is the currency of Slovenia.
Trieste is just ~30 minutes away by car.
Ljubljana is just ~1h15m drive.
Depending on the season: min one week (July-mid-September) or three days (the rest of the time).
